    Default Winter batik chisel

    Quilt Stats
Pattern Name: Winter Batik Chisel, accucut 3X6 chisel dies
    Dimensions: 52" X 74"
Fabric source/name: Kauffman's FQ batik snowflake bundle and stash.
    Pieced and quilting by machine

Saw this quilt displayed at a quilt shop. The next week I was on ebay and saw the chisel die set. It was listed oddly, so no one was bidding, and was "make and offer" I put in a ridiculously small amount so I could negotiate, but they accepted my offer. Kismet! It is not as bright as in the photo, much more saturated. Went together quickly and will make this one again.

I don't have an "accucut" but I love your quilt and can see that I could hand cut it also. It will take longer though. lol Love the fabric and colors that you used. Beautiful quilt!

That's really pretty. I have the chisel die but have never used it. Is there a pattern, or is it one that Accuquilt put out for their die? Your quilt is so nice you've inspired me!

That's a fantastic quilt, there's so much going on, depth, luster, transparency... very cool!
