The first three files that list the fabrics and notions, directions, and different levels.

    I have a mac not a pc and I don't have word.
i'm sure i can figure a way to change them from word docs to PDF

If you have the full Acrobat program you can print them to adobe - if not let me know[/quote]

I have big time with Paper piecing-(have a crippled hand) but I solved my problem..I put the pattern on used dryer sheets...first I use freezer paper cut to go thru printer...apply the DS with a warm iron...print...these sheets can be left on the back of the finished blk...if it is a blk with many pieces I will copy the pattern several times & make it in sections. works for me

Does anyone know, offhand, if any of the week two patterns need to be mirror printed?

i've made everything but BR2 and none of them need to be mirrored.

looking at BR2 i'd say it doesn't need to be mirrored but i'll know for sure by the weekend.

We're going on a nine day cruise in a couple of weeks so I need to be a little ahead. I finished the first four blocks and feel pretty good about how they are turning out. I think these little Jane blocks are adorable!
I've been able to edit and print the blocks, but have not been able to figure out how to place them on the blank Dear Jane design quilt so I can keep track of what blocks are done and where color placement is. I think I'm going to have to go over the lessons again. Ugh.

If you use the wizard, it gives you the option to start with the classic DJ, and what I've done is switch every colour to white, then as I make a block I'm "colouring it in". That way I can keep a track of how it's looking. :-)

Are you able to put it then where it belongs on the quilt to see the whole big picture?

yes, you would go to work on the quilt, scroll to the block you wish to place into the quilt, and use the "set tool".

its on the upper right of the screen next to the yellow ruler.

you just click on it, click on the block you want, and click where in the quilt you want it to go.
