Hello, all of you Janiacs! I have a problem...hopefully someone can save me. I started my DJ in Jan 2010, and worked diligently for a year, then put it aside...well, I am back at it, all excited to finish. In the meantime, I have sort of forgotten how to paper piece. I had used "AMMA'S Tutorial" that was recommended, (back on page 186, Jan 4th 2010)....I had hoped to get a quick refresher by watching that again.....but for the life of me cannot get the thing to come up for viewing. Wondered if any of you gals could send me a link to that......loving you forever!!!!!

If not, do you know of another tutorial online that is like that one? There are alot of different ways to do this...who knew!

    All help appreciated.

Mary, here is a link to the page where the instructions are. If you look on the left side, you'll see where it says, Paper piecing instructions...click that. Hope it helps! All you'll need is a quick refresher anyway

If you will go to the link that I posted right above your post Nancy, scroll down on that page and look at the bottom of the left hand column. It say "instructions for paper piecing" Click on that and a PDF will pop up which you can print.

what's this first jane group thread doing showing up on the lst page of the board? i love it. went back and re read some of our postings. and rechecked for sizes of the kites. 8 x 8 inches if you use 4.5 inc blocks. for the life of me, i couldn't find that in any of my old scribbles. and searching software sometimes, just takes forever. any new janies just starting up? i'm sewing the tri's on my 2nd jane. top row attached. left side done. going to do the bottom row next. and attach it next.
