Oh Lynn...........Your Tulip Block for April's 2012 BOM Calendar theme, is wonderful!! I love all of the color's you have chosen to put together. I am wondering if the blue snowflake fabric you used for the corner's, would also be the same used in your January block? I will have to go back & take a look. What nice work you have done. Thank you so much for sharing with all of us.

I didn't decide on the corners yet, I will when I'm putting all the blocks together.

Anael.......Nice work & beautiful Tulip block for April's 2012 BOM!! I really like your wavy stem & pretty color's that you have put together. I also think your block looks great without the corner's. If you do add something to them, we would love to see how they turned out too!! Thank you for sharing today.

Anael:
That's a good idea, waiting to put the corners on. Think I'll copy you. Still working on the applique, so your timing is great.
PS: I love the colors

Love the curved stem and offset leaves Anael. Very pretty fabric too!

Red face My April Tulip

I would like to know how I always post in the wrong place? No don't answer that! lol

Here is my April Tulip in the right place! lol My corners have bee fabric because the upper part of the tulip has bees in it. Thought that would be sweet!

Hugs,
Cajun

Great blocks being posted.

I'm following the curvy stem idea also - I think it's cute. It's all cut out now I just have to get it sewn down.

We are still in Autumn here, so no spring tulips, but I have a easter bunny (s'posed to be a bunny anyway) and he is holding what looks like a left over tulip from last spring!!
