My oh my, I am soooo impressed with everyone's blocks. I'm so glad everyone is enjoying it. This is only the 5th of April and already so many blocks completed. Good goin' ladies. Thanks again for liking my choice.

AddieLou.......I just know that you can do this applique' block with ease!! 
I was so nervous with my first one last year, but after giving it a go, it went together really nice. I chose to machine applique' mine instead of needle turn, but I love it either way. Good Luck.

JeanieG and Lovely great blocks 
Im finally off the fence 
I was auditioning Pinks, Purples, and a few Yellows. Then this morning I opened my eyes and said Orange...that's the ticket. LOL so I went to my stash to see what oranges I had... Here is my very Rustic Tulip in my opinion..LOL. I have been practicing using a satin stitch applique so I gave it a go on this block.. Im very happy with my results. I still need more practice with the satin stitch... but I definitely have become better with the practice. I didnt have any orange thread can you believe it!!! So I used the light blue to pull out the blue in the fabric..but I think the outline in Orange would of been much better. This was such an awesome block. I know I know..I use the word awesome way too much.. LOL

hobbykat..........your April Tulip Block is just as Awesome, as all of the rest of them. I love your fabric's you put together. They look like they were made to be used for this wonderful block. I am really fond of this pattern & wouldn't mind making a couple more myself. Thank you so much for sharing with all of us.

I really am impressed with the way you stitched the veins on your leaves. It's just that special touch that really adds to it.

Your choice of fabrics go together so well & your Tulip is gorgeous. I just love your color combination. Thank you too, for sharing with all of us here on the Quilting Board. We are all loving these beautiful eye candy block picture's. Keep them coming everyone!!
