Default 1-AUGUST-2014 Project of the Month Photo's.

    Hello Again,

I am excited to share my photo of the two rice bags that I have made for the August Project of the Month, called Christmas In July!! These are easy & simple to make & I just know everyone is going to have a lot of fun making them too. At least I sure hope so!! Check out your fabric stash & get ready to start making your rice bags.

SulaBug, you were up early! Very nice rice bags. My grandkids love their's. In fact, I just was visiting them and my DGS asked for some more rice bags. How could Grandma resist saying 'yes'? Perfect time to make them.

We love rice bags but they end up smelling like burnt rice! Just bought some buckwheat hulls. I'll let you know how they
    work. I add lavendar .

Dotty.............Thank you so much for sharing your tip with all of us, about the rice. I haven't had it happen to me yet, but I do believe that it will in time. Please do let us know how your project turns out using the buckwheat hulls. Everyone will be anxious to know too!!

Please do not laugh at my question, but what do you use the rice bags for with children.
