You were so nice to take the time to explain the procedure. I read about paper piecing before I tried it so I did not cut my fabric small. I still made mistakes. I think I do waste fabric, but it is a necessary evil until I get the hang of things. Please accept my thanks as a newbie for taking the time to help us out. I love when people are nice -- just because they are nice:)
i have only been pp about a year and i luv it i just wanted her to be able to finish her block and see how pretty it would be once she finished it.
thank you for your nice coment

I just got off work, now I have about an hour to drive before I am actually home. BUT THEN, I am going to conquer this block!!! Will post pics when it is done. Can't wait!!! I don't feel like I can move on to the star block until I get this one done. This is the night though! Everyone have a great weekend!!!! Stay warm!

Here is my Church block, which is also my first Paper Pieced. I loved doing it! It's made using scraps and stash, and I hope to do both the BOM's the same way.

OK, you are all making me sooooo jealous. The churches are all so wonderful and creative. So...I finally tried PP. Can't say that I really like it but I now have a church too!
Won't say how long this took but needless to say if it was a whole quilt I don't think I would live long enough to complete it. LOL Hope you like my church - I do.
