Yes, I paper pieced it, then I added extra fabric around the block to make it 12 1/2" in size. Believe me, it's not perfect, but I am learning right along with everyone else. Glad you like it!!

Love your choices for your block, Sulabug! What a warm and inviting church! The glow from the windows makes me feel like something special is going on in there right now. :)

Sulabug, I love your block, looks great, your color choices are wonderful, I especially love your blue fabric.

Beautiful!! I have the same green fabric that I think I'm going to use for my grass as well. We'll see knowing me I'll change my mind half a dozen times. LOL
