No, I believe someone different picks them out every month. You will have to look for each month on the first. It will be in the Block of the month/week section.

Snowblossoms quiltblock

Hi sulabug, just finished mine, but am putting it in with the star bom from last year, so it definitely is not looking snowy. Had a little trouble in the last sewing seam, but oh well!
