Here are a few of the boxes I have made, the pink box was a twelve in square I just made the seams a bit longer which resulted in a taller narrower box. The darker blue was made with a smaller square. I love these boxes and they have so many different uses.

Very cute notmorecraft. They would be cute lined up in a sewing room on a shelf with things in them.

When telling us the size square used, it would be so helpful to see an standard object next to the finished basket. A quarter, seam ripper, dollar bill, your hand etc... That would help this old brain have a better idea of the finished projects size. Every single one is great.

Really pretty boxes!

I made one with a 15" square and 3" triangles so I could tack them down on the outside and use as a knitting tools organizer. Usually this stuff is floating around my end table (getting lost, falling off...). With that size the cheap Ziploc storage container (4"x4"x4.5"tall) fits in perfectly and I was able to make the top a bit taller to hide it.

Sulabug - What were the beginning square sizes that you started with for the trio of boxes that you made in the sewing notions fabric? Are all of the triangles 2.5"?
Thanks

In my trio of boxes, I used squares that were 8", 10" & 12" in size. I also used the 2.5" triangles for the sides. The 8" box is rather small & earlier I used a 9.5" size square & I liked it much better. Although any size turns out really great. Good Luck with your boxes & be sure to share your pictures with all of us!! I hope this answers your question.
