Default 1-June-2014 Block of the Month Directions & Discussion's.

    Hello Again Everyone,

It is time once again to post the direction's for the June Block of the Month called Card Trick made easy. This pattern makes a 10" block, but if you add a half inch to the two measurements given, your block will come our exactly 12 & 1/2" in size. It was a fun block to make & I am hoping that everyone will also enjoy making theirs.

Card Trick an Easy Way - AGAIN!!

    Their measurements are 3" X 5 1/2". I made mine 3 1/2" X 6". Good Luck.

If you have any question's at all, don't hesitate to ask. Rev up your sewing machines & get started.

Just finished block.. I cut 3-1/2 x 6-1/2. As I cut 3-1/2 segments. Just trimmed a wee bit off to square up at 12-1/2 unfinished block

Judy, Wish I would have looked your measurements before I cut my rectangles Cut mine the 3 1/2 "x6" . I got ready to sew the 2nd sq to the left of the top rectangle & realized it was too short. But easy to recut & only had to rip out 3 short seams.

I am so sorry that your measurements didn't work for you. I just double checked mine again & I did use the 3 1/2" by 6" for my block & it turned out just fine. I really hope that it was easy for you to cut the extra blocks. Again, I am so sorry. All of these blocks are turning out so beautiful.
