This looks like fun. Everyone's fabric choices are great! Can't wait to see the finished quilt! I have 3 friendly box swaps to do in the next 2 weeks. I'll keep checking back though.

These are what I am planning to use on MQTR#10, but, as in the past, everything could change on Saturday. BTW have been making string blocks with all the smallest pieces all week because have been too weak (pun intended) to do much else...so, really making a dent in scraps!
Thanks Sunliten, another angle, another way of doing things, another explanation, makes it all bring the whole thing together better. Yes, I can see where ten years could add up.

ok you talked me into it I will do this quilt! I need a baby quilt what size do you recommend I made to turn into a baby quilt? not to small in size but not jumbo either. it is a baby going with a pink aqua white monkey theme and everything that goes with it. trouble is not sure what goes with those colors lol. there is a bit of red in the monkey fabric also so thinking of using some of that. three colors enough or maybe six? I have a girly themed floral baby quilt done from a boom but need a few more for future bambino's! baby quilts are now about as abig as I can go I think. help!!!

Elisabrat, glad you joined our mystery. As to a baby quilt, you could make a 9-block (the wallhanging size) and add some borders to get to the size you want. For the charity I sew for, we make baby/crib sizes in 40-42 x 55". Does this help?

I, like whoever I copied this from, will probably just follow along with this one.

I have committed to making a tshirt quilt for DGS's girlfriend and a Lego quilt for each of our 4 youngest GSs - DDIL saw it on pinterest but I think I'll change it up and make it as a rag quilt.

I will be copying the steps because I will be doing it in the future.
