I like this a lot! I've fallen behind with other projects and illness--got to catch up. I'm making a churn dash/Greek cross quilt, other than the HSTs in the corners, it looks much like this one--it's amazing how many blocks of such variety we can make from the same building blocks.

Thanks, Judy, for a great ride!

very pretty, bluebonnet -- good example of using the same 3 purple fabrics in different blocks, and they look so different

Angelia, I'd never heard of a Greek cross and googled it -- yes indeed, it has the same center, doesn't it? Are you alternating the Greek cross with a churn dash?

Didn't go scrappy on this one because it's going in my living room which is turquoise and chocolate brown. I'll use the dark turquoise for the binding after it's quilted. Thanks for the ride Judy, this was so fast and quick but love how it turned out.

I went rogue....had a my fabrics from stash ready to go, sat down at the machine, and noticed my seagulls and sand prints (also from stash) just sitting and waiting for me to be inspired by another group project.....and I thought ' if not now, then when?'...... ok, it is also that two of my generation , in our extended family have passed in the last two weeks and one was younger than me/I.........so I went rogue

I love the purple and also the aqua ones. My kitchen table is only 5 ft. long and narrow. I wanted one with some aqua also. 3 blocks is too long. I made the backing from more of the aqua and did the fold over type binding. You can see I still have to bind and quilt it. My picture dulled the colors. The yellow is a sunny yellow and the aqua is bright too. What looks gray is a sea foam green. Thanks for looking.

Judy I should have waited for a sunny day too. Maybe it would have showed truer colors.
