You all need some protein! I'm making chicken with peppers for my son, and tossing in some fresh corn. Will save some for you!!

klaws, I vote for #1 and #2 with the print, dark brown and gold. Nice drama, but if you want more sedate, subsitture the tan tiny print for the gold.

bluebonnets - beautiful fabrics! If you are careful, the two FQs should work.

mom-6 - more beautiful fabrics. Never seen that leaf print before, I love it.

And more beautiful fabrics from bcsew and bjsmith

I'm thinking this might be one I could do too, but wondering if it's okay if the focus fabric is directional? I have a bird fabric that I would like to use but wouldn't want them standing on their heads.... am I correct that neither B nor C should be directional? I have a coordinating fabric that has a line in it but will save it for another project if directional for B and C isn't recommended, thanks!

Here are my fabric choices. I think I will make two runners.

Judy, I found the leaf fabric as a remnant at Walmart in Belle Vernon, PA. It is a home decor fabric as are the two solids. The selvedge says "@Hautman courtesy of MHS Licensing for v.i.p by Cranston". Got 1-1/2 yds of each for under $20!
Think the solids might have been Waverly.
