Judy, is there a specific order (a b c d) for attaching the folded triangles? I know you said you goofed yours up, I tried to figure out what you meant but for the life of me I can't see it and so I also can't figure out how not to do it.

I think she said the picture of the single block is correct placement and to make all yours like it and all four identical.

only butting in here because of the problems some of us are having connecting to the QB

The wait is over - thank you for putting me out of my misery.

Love the end result and cannot wait to make a start on mine.

sunlite is correct -- you need to have one each of the four colors per layer of blocks, and 4 of each per block. Go ahead and copy mine if you want, it really doesn't matter how you start, just that they are all alike. Okay?

My goof was in the fact that a block or two had an addition color.

OK, I have finished one block! I really like the pattern, but I can see one big issue, I must have trimmed my center blocks a tad too much because I lost the tips of the stars when adding the strips. I will have to work on that next time. But I think it will make a real cute table runner. Will have more time to work on the other three blocks tomorrow. Good luck everyone, it is a fun one to sew together!

I'm just checking in. I was so busy with other things that I forgot about the last clue today. Judy, I love the pattern for the runner. Another great mystery. Thank you so much!

My blocks are done . And I love how it's going to finish. It had me baffled how 1clue could use the other 8 fabrics. Can't wait to get back to the machine

Jeanne S -- your block is beautiful! Love the colors you picked. I can't wait to do Clue #3. Hope I will have some time tomorrow!

m-fay -- you picked pretty colors, too!

I think everyone's colors are great & I can't wait to see the table runners finished. I hope I don't lag too far behind!

No sewing done beyond the blocks, but I wanted to show how this looks with very subdued fabrics and the values in the star block reversed. My A-D fabrics were light, so I had to go dark with E. I think I'll have to replace my I fabric; it's really glaring at me. Second photo shows something less light/bright in top I position.

Fabulous block, Jeanne S! I love those grays. I will have the same issue with my star points.

Judy, thank you for a beautiful pattern and great directions. It was so helpful to have those photos!
