I am just starting on my table runner and can't decide whether to use the purple or green. I would like everyone's opinion please. Although I am a purple person, the greens seen to be a little more like Spring. Help!
    Thanks!

Turquoise....I like purple too, but there's something calming about the turquoise.

    Love your colors, Mary!

I finally sewed my 4 blocks together. I was thinking of a square, but hubby likes table runners (who doesn't anyway?), so I sewed them in a row instead. I haven't taken a photo yet, but will at some point. Haven't figured out if I should add a border or not. I don't like runners too wide.

Dotcomdtcm, I love the way yours turn out. Stacking them looks so much different than putting them across.

I also love all t he runners I am seeing so far. Everyone's blocks are so pretty. It is also interesting that so many people used yellow, red, blue, and green for their center star.

KLAWS I agree, use both the purples and aquas.

I've been a bit under the weather and not on here, so missed a lot in a day and a half! Such beautiful blocks and toppers! They're all super. I sewed 2 of my Church Ladies blocks and have two more cut out to sew when I feel a little better. Have not played with the black ones any more. The weather changed and I kept waking up through the night hurting. So haven't felt like doing much when I'm awake. Today fixed fast food, ate chocolate, watched Judge Judy verbally abuse and belittle a few clients, and had a few laughs at her honesty and wit. I'd say she is the real life version of Maxine! LOL But that's all I accomplished today. Hopefully I will get some rest soon and can get back to my sewing.
I hope you all keep the pictures coming, and thanks for the compliments on my blocks.
