#13 Mystery Quilt Train Ride

Its for a table runner but you can add more blocks if you want a quilt. I don't recall the size of the runner but someone will know and post it, I'm sure! Folks on this board are so nice and helpful! I think I recall Judy saying to make 5 times as many blocks for a lap quilt, but again, I'm not sure and am betting someone else will help you. Welcome aboard. Jan

Okay--got them done. I'm making mine larger than a tabletopper (6x the number of blocks). Not a lot of contrast, but I am going for a very soft look, if possible. (The top blocks seem darker in this picture than they really are.)
Bad news: Had to recut B and E, so if we need more B, I'm going to have to improvise.
Good news: The B/E half-blocks that were too small will be great to use in a border.

OK, guess I should post a pix, even if I think they are quite ugly so far! They look even worse in this pix though because the paisley has no orange, its mustard like the striped blocks. But anyway, they are very busy and I'm hoping the dark chocolate "F" fabric will calm them down. I finished them last Saturday but wasn't inclined to post them, but guess its only fair to share since the others are. I am so anxious to see what's in store next Saturday and see if they will improve!
