Here is my block. It's not pressed yet. My iron is packed for teaching a class tomorrow.
I think I will also wait for the border reveal before deciding now I'll finish it.

Thank you for the train ride Judy.

I just love seeing everyone's blocks, it's the best part of taking a ride on the mystery train!

I "sat" this one out due to being over committed but I have made a note to "self" that this is definitely on my to do list in the very near future. Such a pretty block.

Only had time and energy to get one block finished yesterday. I need to stand up straight so block won't look so wonky.
Was going to cut rest of blocks (12) that I need for lap quilt, but got sorting fabrics for another quilt - purples. Didn't know there were so many different purples. Couch is loaded with them now - enough for several quilts - few matching.

Marshamarriott... Your block is gorgeous. Reminds me of the Poinsettia block I envisioned. If your lime green pieces were another red and the gold was your lime green, its exactly what I had pictured in my head. Sure is going to make a pretty quilt!

Judy... SunlitenSmiles is correct... As you do the Frog Stitch you say RIP-IT, RIP-IT, RIP-IT!

EVERYBODY... After changing my block's background I really liked it so cut enough to make 12 blocks for a lap quilt. Now I want more of the paisley for border. I posted a notice here in the board under In Search Of. The selvage says Patt#CX 4655 Kay's Large Paisley Designed and produced exclusively for JOANN fabric and craft stores. I have to do mail order and need the item number for this fabric. If anybody has this fabric or is going to Joann's and sees this fabric could you get the item number for me? Thanks. Jan
