    I had a problem with the corner angle, also. I've never worked with templates before and I did okay except for the corner angles. I finished my block, but still not sure what the proper procedure is to do those angled corners. Will post a pic of my block soon. Everyone is doing a great job!

    For those of you having trouble with the angle corner, it is called a Y seam. If you click on search & type in Y seam, you will probably find a tutorial on just how to do them. I hope this is of help to everyone!!

    Here's my block...I'm in the Boomerang 5.0 East group and was looking for another block to try out.

    It's the only one of this star BOM I've done and boy it was tough to me.

    Thanks Sulabug for the help with the "Y" seam. I did watch the Kaye Wood video and it helped too.

    My July star block. I wanted to try to bring out the gold flicks in my pink and purple print, but I think I over did it :?
