Here is my July star, finally. I have been spending a lot of time on the Vintage Sewing Machine Shop pages and not so much time actually sewing... However tomorrow evening I will be retired and have more time for fun stuff!

Another July star. I do believe this one gave me more trouble that any other. Took out more seams and ended up with a smaller star. I should do it over to try to "conquer" these angles. :shock:

The July star was a challenge for some of us but you'd never know it because the stars are all beautiful...

It turned out beautiful whitepine - maybe just a border around it would bring it to the correct size.

Here's my July star block. I'm not too happy with it as my edges are wavy on 4 blocks--the ones where I had most trouble. Maybe someday I'll take it apart and try to fix it. Not today though. Right now I just want to put it away.

Whitepine you block looks really good to me. Like your colors.
