Frustrated and oksew - yup, seems that all I make are scrappies and the bins never seem to get any less full.

whitepine - I thought I was the only curious one who wondered what the fabric was used for originally. LOL

Love all the beautiful blocks being posted. You guys rock!

Mary, that is so good, your weight loss. I'm hoping to get something done this week.I've had the flu since Wednesday. I need to get moving on it. Left some really good brownies. i punched holes in them and filled the holes with pudding, deep chocolate fudge. oh, and then iced it with frosting. should be good, i hope.

Lynnie, I thought you were gonna say you punched holes in them to let the calories and carbs out. See how my mind is lately. duh. Thanks for the encouraging words.

I am making progress....s.l.o.w.l.y.... My coloured 4 patches are matched but not sewn and my coloured and neutrals have been re-arranged several times until I have gotten the right match.

    Nothing OCD about me!!!!!!!!!

Hey slow the train til I get on!! Nearly missed it. I've had to time-travel for a week to get to the next station lol.

I've got a fabby set of Judy Niemeyer charms, 100 darks and medium darks, that I'm gonna use for the 4-patches, and I'm hoping that there'll be more 2.5 inch squares in our future so I can keep using these fabrics throughout.

Also have batiks charms in dark green and dark brown that I may use for my constant, a lovely gift from a dear friend, and about time I used them lol.

For the sweet-toothed I have put some Scottish tablet in the caboose - if I'd caught the train last week you could have joined me in haggis, neeps and tattles for Burns Supper!

    Clickety-clack, clickety-clack, clickety-clack..........

Hummmmmm..... I may or may not have a bin....or two of 2.5" (I call them candy). I can probably catch up before the next clue. It's been a while since I've hopped on the train. I'll be careful not to get crumbs on all y'alls 4-patches. (I stopped in the dessert car for a pudding punched brownie.)

I got about half of mine done yesterday. My problem is that I don't have a lot of scraps because I don't save many. But I'm finding what I need. I'm excited about this because I've never done one.
