Scraps I have, and scraps I'll use. Gratefully. I think I save too-small pieces, so this will be a good opportunity to see if I'm saving good scraps or junk. It might be a late start, though, because honestly - superbowl weekend to start?

I've been nervous of joining any of these "mystery" groups because I'm not sure how it works, but I guess I'll jump in and hope for the best.

    Count me in.

This comes at a perfect tome for me. I just finished an applique baby quilt and am sorting through scraps to return to their resting place. Thanks for another great mystery.

i'm finishing up a English paper pieced quilt, all done by hand (The Brimfield Bock) and starting a new EPP Storm at Sea. I have lots of scraps, so i'll jump aboard. I have A LOT of white fabric. do we need all one solid or can it be different. also. can we pick all one shade of scraps, or is it better all scraps?? So many questions. anyway, i'll try to keep up.

also, in the club car is chocolate wine, as usual. I also brought a chocolate bomb cake. deep chocolate cake, mousse in the center and ganache on top. enjoy!

Hey Dotty and Lynnie !!! Glad your here too. Lynnie I started weight watchers last week. I think I put on 10 lbs reading about your cake. Watson just follow the posts and you'll get it. Every Saturday Judy posts a clue and you follow it as she says. The next week is the same. etc. Before you know it we're all putting together a beautiful quilt. Lots of help on here,so you won't get lost.

Judy, I'm glad you are starting this as I need a challenge to distract me from On Ringo Lake. I will get it done -- eventually!

Can the neutral be one fabric? If not, what would you suggest as the minimum number of different ones? I have lots of coloured scraps, but my neutrals are FQs on up. I'd hate to make yet more scraps by cutting into the FQs unless I can use the whole piece.

I have joined only once here for the mysteries, but have always followed along in the background. I can't pass this one, I'm in!! My stash has been used down to where matching colors is a problem--when the fabric list is posted, I'll see what I can find. I will be making pumpkin bread tomorrow and will bring one loaf to share. Mary how do you manage to diet in the winter months??
