I didnt remember I had already posted D1 and C11 but this is the first posting of C13 - you will note I added blue corners.

Here are my D2, D4 and D5.
I used EPP to construct the center of D2 and completed the entire outside triangles, to include the small print triangle near the center in the background strip, by machine. I made templates for the 4 parts that make up each of these sections and carefully sewed the 1/4" seams.

My corner "melons" on D4 are more elongated to match Janes - they go all the way to the seam line rather than end 1/4" from it - it is also completely constructed by hand.

The outer border is a little wider on my D-5 also more like Janes. The way I constructed this was to make the inner square first, just a little smaller - center square finishes 2 1/2"[cut 3"] and outer border finishes a scant 3/8" [cut 7/8"] For the outer print triangles, I cut 2 - 2 1/2" squares in half diagonally and added a 1 1/2" strip of background. This gave me four triangles edged in the background fabric which I attached to the four sides of my center as a unit. I constructed the block by hand.

OK... last.. here are my blocks C7, D13 and C10 - which I noticed I had never posted...Now that I see the picture I do remember I still need to cut C10 down ... it really is larger [better than having C7 be too small!!!] C10 is the first one - made completely by machine - I simply added a 1/4" seam allowance to each piece after measuring the sketch carefully [I made the half square triangles using 1 1/2" squares and trimming down later]. D13 at the end is one of the easiest in the book!

C7 I constructed completely by hand. I enlarged the book sketch to 108% so that the corner diamonds would reach the corners and the inner border corners would touch the seamline rather than come in. Yes, I hand pieced all those teeny tiny pieces on each side of the diamonds inside that border! It was tedious but fun really! If you mark it with a disappearing marker and sew carefully you will not have to unsew!

Gus
[sure hope I keep up better now that I'm caught up!]

WOW! Great to be back!!! Sure have missed being on here and seeing all the blocks everyone has been busy sewing. They are all great! Very pleased to see we have new people joining and starting DJ's. Am eager to see your pics as you get your blocks sewn.
Gladys, thanks for checking on me. All is fine here...just very busy....sounds like lots of other people have run into that same obstacle in keeping up. After a long time of just getting a spot of time in my sewing room here and there, I actually got to spend almost all day there today. It was fun!
Lots of catching up to do yet...but I think I am in somebody's timeframe somewhere on here....

WOW TymetoShine I love your blocks. I just hope mine come out half that nice and straight. I almost finished C7 last night . It is all pieced I just need to finish sewing the diamonds in the corners. I paper pieced it. Not perfect but good enough. I still can't get pictures to post. It is something with my computer. Not sure what I did. I had my DD look at it yesterday but she didn't have much time. I can't get the pictures to go from my camera to the computer. I have a Mac it is something with iPhoto. Hopefully I can get it sorted out soon.

Pat, I hope you are able to figure out how to post your photos soon. Perhaps there is another Mac user here that can give you a hand.

Hexnut...I really like your blocks...but especially like B-10 , I know you commented it made you a little seasick...but I think it really turned out very nicely. Thanks for helping me get started with EPP> Am using it on several blocks and have hopes of doing a second Jane completely with EPP.
