so glad you put up those blocks katybob and Cindy ...
i've been looking at G12 thinking that Brenda's sketch looks so different from Jane's quilt and thought it was the 'pointedness' of the points but see it is the fact the original block, thatquilt's and yours have two curvy squares appliqued - that sure eliminates the need for all those Y-seams! cool.... wonder how Brenda ended up making hers

Gus, at first 2 appliqued pieces seemed like a waste of time and fabric. But I actually liked how it made the block go together. At one point I thought someone had a link to some pictures of the DJ quilt, I'd love to get a closer look at it.

The instructions given on the DJ software say to applique the two pieces. Does that mean that's what Brenda did or did somebody else write the instructions? Great blocks as usual, CindyA!

Hello. I've finally pressed and scanned another bunch of blocks.
I'll post a few at a time over the next few weeks...

I'm currently working on rows e and f - a few are very tricky
to do in EPP! (f9 has such skinny, curved points - I keep putting that one off)

here are a few from way back!
