You are doubly blessed!!!! My 84 year old Mother lives across the street and what a joy it is. We hope to move her in with us soon. I know you can't wait to meet your Granddaughter!!

Blessings!

Completed Florida, and stuck on GA; one and two numbered pieces. Geometry is not my thing; stopped there last night, so see what happens today...it may go back unfinished and press onward to do the other ones.

Beautiful posted blocks. Alas, maybe I will get there...its fifty fifty chance this morning.

Love every block I have seen posted! I was so encouraged, I made myself get busy, so here are the Florida and Georgia blocks:We loved one Christmas in St. Ausgusten, Florida, oldest settlement in USA...really worth the trip there. In Alaska, Anchorage Military Hospital to deliver our first born, There was a young girl from Georgia, who loved to tell the story of being married in her overalls and braids, and loving fried peach pie every morning for breakfast. It was never on the Breakfast trays, but we all kept hoping for one.

It must be Spring, in my quilting room was a Black & Decker iron next to the Sunbeam: and then appeared in there:Surprise!

Here's my Idaho but I noticed when I took the picture that I got one of the colors wrong. Guess I'll have to go back a redo that section. Grrr...

Current status, main unit 85" X 85"
Border treatment next, auditioning ideas

These were fun!

I made the 3" string units from the leftovers of the stars
