Patrice, one of my blocks is a combo CA/CO. I am making six extra blocks to make my quilt 7x8. By the way love yours and Judy's and thank you Judy for posting your Hawaiian wall hanging again. Gives people ideas.

Thank you whitepine. I do not have a design wall as I have a very small sewing room. When I make a block it gets put away so when I lay them out together it is a surprise to me when they go together. LOL.

well- i had a heck of a time this morning when i started out---machine issues---after much frustration i finally did get Georgia done---then went ahead and made Hawaii---which went much better than Georgia did---so i am again caught up- i really need to get into the quilting room & work on the quilt that is loaded- but after all of the sewing frustration this morning i'm almost afraid to---but
all caught up on these & feeling ok about it--
Georgia did not come out all to well- i took it apart 3 times & just made it worse & worse---after the 3rd time i decided it is what it is & i'm so over it! at least Hawaii came out pretty good & (cheered me up) some

Everyones blocks are beautiful. I can't decide which one I like best. Mine is cut out but my machine is in the shop for a tune up. I am waiting on a part. It is killing me. I only have one machine. It has been 2 weeks. I went and got my old machine from my DD so I will be able to sew tonight. I think I am having withdrawl symptoms.

What a great bunch of Hawaiis. The corners make it such a complex block, but I guess that appropriate for a very complex State. Judy, you went from fish to fowl.....love your new avatar.

It's hard to believe that IZ died in 1997...seems like yesterday. The first 15 seconds sounds like something is wrong, but it just part of the introduction.
