Great looking Utah blocks, Ladies. Here is mine, a little late. This week I am going to work on the lay out for my stars quilt. I will play around with the virtual quilt to reposition some blocks, then start on the QAYG in sections of 4 or 6 blocks.

We got back last night from a 4 day motorcycle event in Death Valley. We took our toy hauler and had 3 great days of riding our Harleys around Death Valley. What an amazing place!

Nicky, love your star but I must say you certainly make me feel old. Glad you had a fun trip.

Thank you Florence. I am young in spirit and hope to never grow up. I will turn 64 on December 2.

Nice star Nicky. Love the star fabric. I'm not much older either but seem to have gotton stuck in the mud. Partly because of animals, but that has to just be an excuse. We're both physically healthy (husband, mentally, not so much) so that's no excuse. Financially we're OK (at least for now ). We used to travel and do a lot of stuff. Don't know what happened. Maybe it's the old inertia law...an object in motion stays in motion. So keep on movin!!

I got all of my stars laid out last night. I would love to set them on point but that would make it huge. I want to use all of them. I decided to pull out Vermont and make 3 more of them for a wall hanging. They make a neat design when put together. I am using all of the rest in my quilt. I got 2 of the 7 rows sewed together last night. I hope to finish a few more tonight. Can't wait to see it all finished. I am looking forward to seeing everyone elses.
