Nice star Nicky. Love the star fabric. I'm not much older either but seem to have gotton stuck in the mud. Partly because of animals, but that has to just be an excuse. We're both physically healthy (husband, mentally, not so much) so that's no excuse. Financially we're OK (at least for now 
). We used to travel and do a lot of stuff. Don't know what happened. Maybe it's the old inertia law...an object in motion stays in motion. So keep on movin!!

I have 5 of my 7 rows sewed together. I probably won't get much done tonight since it is Halloween. We alway have a ton of trick or treaters. We had over 250 last year. Not sure how many we will have this year it is about 40 degrees and there has been a light drizzle all day. People bring in car loads from other neighborhoods.

We never get trick or treaters, and that is why I always buy OUR favorite candies, just in case... Around here, they drive them out to neighborhoods in town where it is more populated so they can get a bigger bang for their buck!

I am finished!!!!!! I just finished putting the borders on:-) I tried to take pictures but the light isn't good enough. I will have to take some tomorrow when the sun is out, I hope. I must say I am very happy with how it turned out. I am so anxious to see everyones.

Here it is. I am having a hard time getting a good picture. I tried outside and inside. I can't get the colors to show up right. But here it is. I am really happy with how it looks. Now to decide how to quilt it. I used 49 blocks in the quilt. I pulled Vermont out and plan on making 4 of them to use as a wall hanging. When you put 4 Vermonts together it makes a nice secondary design. If you look at the block I am going to make it so the line that runs thru it is all the same color and the rest will be multi color.
