o.k. so today, I started my sashing on my quilt. got 2 rows of 5 each.
My back and shoulders went on fire!! my back is still hurting so badly.
I'll have to wait for the pain to subside b4 I can get back in the sewing
room and finish it. I have less than 2 days b4 we get the next clue so I
need to finish this. wish me luck all

Jolo, I can't get out to mail your block. Maybe some of the snow and ice will be gone by Monday. I live way out in the country on a dirt road. I also have a very long driveway to go down to get to the dirt road. Our tractor won't start.(to cold).so my husband can't blade off the driveway. I will get your block out as soon as I can. It's made and just waiting to go out to you. I'm very sorry. Hugs Mary p.s. I promise to have it mailed by July.....LOL

Sunlitensmiles: LOL! love your sense of humor!

Lynnie: I feel your pain. How about a nice warm rice pack on those sore shoulders along with some pain killer? I sewed my top together today, too, and I'm gonna have a brandy and gingerale in a minute!

Hey, any good snacks in the club car??? We've all been sewing up a storm--haven't heard to much about the treats lately.

So I didn't think I was going to get the second top finished by Sat., but had a marathon sewing session today and got it done! It has fabric from all sorts of places, LQSs, Thimbleberries, Wal-Mart, Joanns, Hobby Lobby and some is from I-don't-know-where! I'm so happy with how my tops turned out--thanks to you, Judy! You really have a gift for the scrappies (and others as well). Thank you so much for sharing your talents with all of us
