Great for you Angelia! I just put three rows together. working on my last row. I did mine 4 blocks x 5 blocks. I wanted it big enough so someone would bid on it as a bed size.
It goes to my friend Jeanne who does the LAing on it. can't wait to see what she does on it.
Hope she covers all my mistakes!!!

Tomorrow morning, don't miss the train. I'll be onboard about 8:30 am MST at the latest. #9 will be called WHO'S GOT SCRAPS?

Heya Jolo... just been busy moving again.. and then have been trying to get all my UFO's caught up its just really been a busy time for the last several months. Spent alot of time organizing my quilting space and bought 6 bookshelves to store my stash all nicely organized into primary colors and their shades. Still have a lot more to sort through mostly scraps and material Im not interested in..anymore.... going to donate bags and bags of material to an organization around here that can use it. I have the first and second clue finished and moving quickly to finish up the top so I can have it all quilted by next week.

I am so excited about the next train ride-it will be my first!
Because I am very new to quilting, I haven't managed to collect a lot of scraps,(yet) but I'll figure it out! Maybe pick up a few fat quarters.... See you all tomorrow morning, need to start the cinnamon monkey bread that I'll be bringing.

Here's how I quilted my Dark and Traditional. It's all done except for hand sewing the binding and I hope to get that finished tonight. I need to find something good on netflix to watch while I'm stitching. Any suggestions? So excited about the new trip, I sure hope I can finish this one up before the train pulls out tomorrow.

Fabulous quilts, everyone. I leave at 0'dark'30 for the quilting retreat at Branson tomorrow so will be somewhere in the wilds of Oklahoma when Judy posts the first clue. My first project at the retreat will be to finally finish MT 8 -- have most of the angles and squares put on the sashing, but haven't assembled it yet. I'll join in on #9 when I return in a week. Have fun, everyone!
