Everyone's blocks are turning out so pretty. I am still working on mine to catch up, but I am getting there. When I get mine caught up I will show pictures.

Here is a picture of my blocks. Mine are mostly on the lighter shade other than the center block. I'm assuming that the 2 1/2" strips will be connecting the blocks. If so, I might just use a darker color for in between the blocks. I'll just have to wait and see. A lot of the light fabric I used in mine was white and light colored batik. Once I laid all the blocks out, it doesn't look too bad. I might end up liking it after all.

Your work brightens up a dreary day! Snow was not too bad here. Lynnie got blasted out East.
I have a cute idea for a hostess gift for Judy. It's a nice way to show our appreciation for these mystery projects-
with #9 & #10 to come. Send me an email at [email protected], if interested.

    Thanks for the update, Dotty.
I thought she might be upset because she had different sized blocks from 9 to 9/3/4" Hope she isn't mad.

Dotty just a lurker but your second one really sizzles for a quilt with browns in it I had to peak in your case at your dolls and the little angels on the top row, I have the one that says April on it my Dad got that for me many many yrs ago. You just brought back a great memory for me.
Doesn't Linnie live on Long Island? I heads on the news that they had really been pounded by this storm. I hope that everyone is safe and sound.
Klaws I like yours too, so many variations it's so exciting!

The scrappies are looking great. Bluebonnets, yours is so bright and cheerful, and fun. Moonrise, love the grey. What a contrast. I'm still amazed at how these squares are popping out.

SunlitenSmiles said, "hummm....8 more inches of width and 10 more inches in length ........hummmmm." I never think to figure out what amount is left. Looks like about two inches between squares. Hmmm.

dd, Too funny. I have done similar things. You finally figure it out when you realize that everyone can't be doing it wrong.
