I have been purging my stash of all the non-quilting stuff, going thru box after box. That is why I can't start this mystery yet. My machine is buried in stuff that I've pulled out and stacked all over.
However, I am so happy to announce that today I pulled out a little box that is full of scraps of tone on tone whites, off whites and beiges!! I am all set for those lights when I start my #9.

    Default Clues 1&2

I have them on the design wall, 1 & 2's aren't sewn together yet, I'll wait for clue 3 before making the decision on totally or contolled scrappy. The print on the right is my color inspiration. I plan to use it for the border.

I had to travel last weekend to NYC for business when Clue #1 was given... so today, I managed to complete Clue 1&2 but like dhanke, I have not yet sewn them together. I am making mine a little bigger so I have enough for 20 - 8 1/2" blocks (4x5). Will post pics tomorrow after I've completed my 8 1/2" blocks.
