I don't know, Lynnie. Torn as to what to do. I could do another scrappy in a couple weeks, or wait until say June 1 for a larger, more compllicated one like #7. Really haven't put too much thought into the next one yet.

Anyone want to weigh in on this dilemma of mine?

I'm in for both. e do another scrappy, coz I didn't get rid of any scraps, seriously, not a stitch.
and lets go for a big one in June or July. I find myself living for these Saturday morning for a clues.

I think I am making headway with the scraps.....because I have not needed to buy fabric (except for the piece I bought on half price for the back of the BH GI quilt....Trains #1,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 have all been from stash and #2 was mostly from stash.....and I have a goal of at least one 10 inch string block a week (2015) from scraps....so any day now I will notice a dent in this stash. Maybe

I'm in for another scrappy or any other kind of mystery. It's the 2 weeks that has me kind of panicky. I will be lucky to get this one finished. Number 7 is sitting on a shelf waiting for me to get back to it. One of these days/weeks/months I hope to find some time to get some of these quilted! I realize that some of you are retired and just waiting for the next clue/mystery. My quilting time has been drastically reduced since I started doing daycare for my DGD. I guess that is a personal problem or joy depending on how you look at it.

I have absolutely loved joining in on these last two mysteries. I have loved doing the scrappy-thing, using fabric I already have. I have loved the pace of the clues, has given me plenty of time to do them while juggling other things going on, without the desperate feeling of being behind. (Frenetic sewing is not for me!) It has been so fun to see everyone's progress and finished tops. What an inspiration! That being said, I'm ready for a breather! Just a bit of time to get re-centered and cleaned up and to meet some family obligations. June sounds great to me!! But I will happily lurk along (!!) if you decide to go for it earlier. Thank you so much, Judy, for sharing your talents with all of us--you're so generous to do this!

Judy I'm along for any way you choose to go. I have never been disappointed in any of your designs. They have always been a lot of fun to put together and the end results are amazing. The only thing is, I don't want to see you burn out. I can only imagine how labor intensive each of these rides are, so I would urge you to take a break, if you need to recharge your batteries. I will be here, anticipating the next one no matter the scheduling.
