Sun it is not the same. Mine is Marcus Mixers by Faye Burgos for Marcus Fabrics. I bought it on sale in Fabric Shack.

Finally caught the train, was finishing #8 and it is done. I had some other batiks blocks started for a quilt that was in the same colors so just used it as a backing. Only had to add 1 more row to make it the right size, lucked out. Love the way this one turned out, thanks Judy for the ride. Now I need to find a "constant " for this one.

no no -- not an 18 to 20" piece -- it is 18-20" width of fabric. I always tell you WOF unless I mean an 18 by 20 piece. Sorry I forgot the WOF in the directions. Not batting 100 am I?

Never mind.. I reread and see where you said a 18 X 20 piece of the dark fabric.. silly me for not reading more carefully.

We can talk about how you're going to make this smaller. !8", to some of you are scraps, scraps to me are smaller. I may have to cut into the stash or go shopping for an 18" sq piece,. Oh great, another reason to shop!!
There is NOT an 18" square piece needed for this.

Hey, All!! I'm on board, too and I'm using burgundy as my constant dark, too! Can't wait to see how it works up; it's in the washer as we speak, 'cause I had to dash to get some before the snow comes again! (It's just begun AGAIN!) Love the variety of neutrals you all are using. Won't get to the 4-patches till tomorrow...if we have power !

Thanks for doing this again, Judy!
Don't forget -- you need some of the constant dark for another day.
