You could always take a few blocks away and make a square table topper. Then keep making blocks at your leisure to make a big quilt!

Pam, love your scrappy blocks. I'm not sure what size you consider usable, but mine is a good-size (54" x 66") lap quilt with only 20 blocks and you already have 24. You probably want a bed quilt, don't you?

Pam: Love your quilt. The navy with the white really gives a crisp light feeling to the quilt.
Gayle: You quilt is really nice, that is more like how I would like to lay out the back of my quilt. Think the two borders really frame it beautifully. Especially like that you seem to have made it several months in the future. Talk about organized.

I think it would be about 30x48 after sewn together. With a small border it would work for a baby quilt. But, you're right, I was thinking lap quilt or twin size. My family is tall! I have cut a few strips and might use those to outline each block. Possibly a sashing in between blocks. Who knows!

Wow, Emma, Evi and Gayle - loving the quilts.

I ended up with 16 blocks and then had to piece together a border from what scraps I had left

Could only get 3/4 of it on Camera, room isn't big enough for me to stand back and get it all in
