Sandpat, amazing. Your quilt and everything about it is done so beautifully... your quilting, appliqueing, etc. And what a unique outer border. Enjoy! You should be very proud of what you have achieved!!

    Patty,
hadn't heard from you in a while on this board. You were obviously very busy working on your AOTH quilt. It is so different with your center blocks set on point. Your colors are beautiful. Did you do the quilting or have someone else do it for you? I still haven't decided what I am going to do. Congraulations

Thanks ladies, hope you all will keep going on yours and finish them up. It makes a really pretty quilt.

Losie, I don't spend much time here anymore...busy, busy! LOL! I did do the quilting on my little Bernina. It took me awhile, but I'm happy with it. I don't think I would ever be able to explain to someone else what I wanted in the quilting. Especially since I never really know myself until I start! Yours will be gorgeous too when you are done. Are you going to do it yourself or send it out?

Samdpat, I plan on quilting my quilt on my Janome 6500. I tried the longarm quilting machine but I wasn't real happy with the results. I signed up for a machine quilting class on the internet and I am really enjoying it.

I would love to post some progress pics but my printer won't talk to my computer. I had the computer tech out here to fix another problem I was having with my printer and when he fixed that problem, my computer will no longer recognize the camera chip when I plug into my printer. I will have to call him next week. I enjoy seeing what everyone else is doing. Does anyone know how many of the original group have either finished or are still working on their AOTH. I don't hear from as many as I did in the beginning. Thanks for the encouragement.

Losie, I am still plugging along on mine! I have my blocks done and assembled and started working on the borders....and I don't know if it is fortunate or unfortunate, lol, but I keep needing to put my AOTH quilt aside to get other projects with due dates done..so I am slowly working on of AOTH..but I am working in it! I need to go back and do one more practice applique quilting on the LA and then I think I'll be ready to quilt this one..last time I made a good progress so we shall see!
Hope you get your computer settings figured out so we can see your progress.
