Losie, I know Lacelady, d.rickman and Quiltswithconvicts are finished. I am finished. I know of a couple more that are finished, but (embarrassed to admit) that I can't think of their screen names right now. Butterflyspain is still working on hers as are several others. Just keep plugging, you have company.

I know AnnClare and Lisa Mortell finished their quilts. I guess there are a dozen of us that have finished or are still working on the quilt. I want to finish Block 31 today and then I will have 5 more squares to go.

I am sheepishly putting my hand up here as someone who is very, very far behind. I had to put mine aside as unfortunately family health and general life issues gave taken control around here. It still sits on my sewing table but at present I get very little time for the hand work. I do intend to get back to it when I can do more than quickly machine sew a seam for a BOM block. I do keep up with what everyone else is doing though.

Glad you're still with us Deecee. You'll get it finished someday and I hope you will let us see it. I hope you are able to find the time to do more handwork. I usually work at night while my husband is watching TV. That way I am with him but I don't have to concentrate on what he is watching. Good luck.

Well ladies I keep forgetting to post my finished quilt photo on this thread. I finished in March so I could put it in my local quilt show and I won 1[SUP]st[/SUP] place for applique. Then in April I put it in another quilt show and won best in show. I was so excited I have never won anything before. I have planes to put it in two more shows this year than it can stay home with me.
I can’t believe how different and beautiful everyone’s quits are turning out. Well congratulation to everyone that is finished and keep going if you are not. This quilt is to stunning to not finish.

    Regards

    Lisa <o></o>

Congratulations Lisa. You must have been thrilled with both wins. Your quilt is absolutely beautiful and your work deserved the recognition.
