Thanks for all the kind comments. I am making this quilt for me. Am thinking of making 42 x 10" blocks and making it rectangular. Will wait and see. What I love about this quilt is all the prep. work. I am doing a bit of everything and loving it.

All of the blocks you have all posted are great, I really like all the color choices, and the embroidery looks good, it really completes all the blocks, With the end of the school year my Salon has been very busy, and so as a result, I have not finished my block #9, in reality, I have barely started the thing, graduation is over, so now on to quilting, I will be spending my days off trying to get my fabrics all organized and put together, I will be caught up by the time I go back to work on Tuesday

She looks a bit different now, but still can't back up enough to get decent pics.
Those pictures make it look really messy, but since then I have refolded all stash with my 6" x 24" ruler.
