Marion...love your runners. They are all the same but put together differently they all look different. I will probably play with my other 4 to see what I can come up with when the time comes. Glad to see you're trying another of Judy's mysteries.
LaurieL...Really like what you did with your runner & it will be wonderful with your santa wallhanging. Very cute!
    Caroline...such a nice runner you've done too!

Here is my finished top..I also played with the blocks and borders. Next time I make another one I will only use one print and three solids. It was fun and I got it done. #3 is still in the works.

Thanks Cathy, it was one of those that just kind of evolved out of the extra pieces. I had a lot of fun with it, but it was a challenge for sure.

I finally finished my Irish quilt top. Tomorrow I will put the back together and get it to the longarmer. I think I put 30 hours into it just for the border. Half of that just trying to figure out how to do it. LOL. Now onto the next project - a quilt for my sweet new granddaughter. She's a month old already. This mystery runner will be next after that.

Pam - that quilt is gorgeous! My daughter really loves the Celtic designs. I've made a couple things for her but nothing that ambitious.

Thanks, mom-6. It was a block exchange between several of us who went to the quilt show in Ireland last summer. My block is the center one. There will be 11 quilts from the exchange on display at the quilt show this summer. Too bad I won't see it.

    Pam -
That border is fantastic, well worth the 30 plus hours it took you. It really adds to the piece. Beautiful

What beautiful runners, I have been so busy outside with actual SUN! I haven't had time to sew much. In Washington, we take our sunny days seriously. LOL

All of the runners are beautiful. I have this bookmarked to do another time. I have way too much going on right now to start something else. I just love how different they all look using the same pattern.
