Since I will have a nice long weekend. I'll start sewing on mine Wednesday night. Hopefully will have it sandwiched and quilted by Saturday. I may not have it quilted. I just ordered thread for the fmq on it. Hopefully it will be here this weekend.

I laid it all out on the floor...my design wall is in use....and it looks good. A bit too much yellow, so I substituted some teal to break up the yellow. Now, I'll have to stack up all the rows so I can sew them in order.

I'm looking forward to seeing your modifications, Watson. This is so much fun!

And I've found the coolest block to use for next time! Maybe in September.

I’m glad you will be doing another one IceLeopard. I really enjoyed this one. I have mine laid out on the spare bed. It looks good. Just wish my colors were more pleasing. Oh well. Someone will love it

I am to row 8 Messed up the middle of row 7 ...had wrong colors on the 3 middle units...didn’t look right ..but. Then laid out row 8 and saw my mistake. No worries ..back on track and have a plan for that last center block on row 9 😊

having a fun time. Thank you again for your hard work IceLeopard👍

I had to change mine around too, Judy. Haven't gone any further yet so hoping I have it right now. Not enough time with both of my grand-daughters and husbands here, this old mind just can't concentrate enough Probably next week before I get back to it. The pic I printed out is just blurry enough from blowing it up that it's a little hard to tell where the pieces go and in what direction. Just time but I'm determined to get it right, love the look of it.

Maybe the center diamond in that dark blue and the side triangles in the light blue?
