[quote=quiltncrazy]Call me crazy, Elle,....lol, but when it comes to ironing fabrics, your missing all the fun. I enjoy ironing them, after they have been starched, and left on my wrack to soak in. e-z peasy
So, with the appliques, it's 'stick' it to 'em, huh? (with glue), great!

just to get it straight, iron the piece of freezer paper on then take your glue stick, they said any cheap one would do, make small cuts round all your curves, then stick down and I forgot to say use a small wooden stick.

Fabrics sound delicious by the way, good luck

OK - yes it's confusing I know because SOMEONE had the idea to start a BOM in the middle of the year (who was that idiot? )

We start now with the April block (May's block for us!), then do one a month in sequence and do the Feb and March ones at the end.

    Shadow - that's right, isn't it? :D

Would just start experimenting, but 1 - there are pics on there of nieces wedding, I don't want to lose,
2 - don't want to break the doggone thing. Just looked outside, nope....don't see another digital camera, coming up the road for me!

You take pics in the usual way then you need a lead to link it to the computer to download the pics. I'm sorry I can't be more specific - Hans set ours up - better send HIM over! :D

I'm ok, with Hans helping, but can he swim? and does he have patience with gabby southern women, that aren't mechanically minded?
I could promise not to talk, but geesh, how'ma gonna manage that?
I do have the cord for pc.
Tell me it's not that easy to erase pics, and maybe I'll play with it, some later.

I have all of them printed off. If anyone needs me to send them a copy, jut pm me your addy. My colors are pretty much what the pattern is. It will be my first big applique project so I wanted to make it as easy on myself as possible.

At quilt guild in Augutst, I think, we're having a demonstration on hand applique. I'm thinking I'll wait until after that to actually start my BOM's. Fons and Porter just had an applique show that I watched this past week. I thought, I'll remember everything. Now I could kick myself for deleting the show.

    oh, Well.
