Ya done good. Even I am not brave enough to try one that small. Do you have plans for it?

    Thanks Tim
Its 7 3/4" square. I'm going to sandwich it & do a little machine quilting in the border & hang it on the wall.
Have you designed other paper piecing patterns for me to try?

That is beautiful. And four inch, that is a little (lot to me) harder then say a 12 inch... Way to go, nice work!
    Thanks DonnaRae
The foundations were easy. The trickiest part was putting the foundations together to match the seams up. I basted before sewing to align the best I could.

Get a copy of "50 Fabulous Paper-Pieced Stars" by Carol Doak. http://www.caroldoak.com/store.php

Take a look at her website:

Enough stuff there to keep you busy for awhile. I have one project started but I haven't gotten very far. Too many other quilts in the works right now.

I made my 4" paper pieced version into a mini quilt for hanging. It measures 8"x8"

That's pretty stunning. Find a nice place for it and it will always look down upon you.

These quilts blocks are absolutly beautiful. If only I was so talented. Someday I am going to do one with paper piecing. Just haven't decided the colors to you . I love both of these.
