Ceanna, Thats whats so great about doing these blocks, I didn't want to do them at first, but I find my points are getting better too. Great job on this block.

    Awesome! as always Ladies.

I love everyones color choices. I'm seeing new possiblities with each block. Wow!

Carla, I actually bought a ton of pink fabric including three different values of the same pattern a while back. It is cool to have "values" to choose from! I've never done this before but I will again.

Oh, the things we do learn! Thank goodness!!!

Very nice Patrice, but the other one was lovely also. What are those bumpy things aeound the pinwheel. Might they be decorative stitches???
    Very artistic!!

    they might indeed. :-)

i didn't dislike it the other way, but i did know i'd like it better with the triangles added. i was too lazy to take it apart or make another one, so i fused and dec stitched them onto the original, then cut away the extra layer from the back. (i would normally have left it, but you could see it through the new triangles and it drove me nuts. LOL)

i'm definitely working toward a whole Tutti Fruitti quilt. that's why i've stuck to the color scheme for all the BsOM. i've even started outting together some Optical X-Box blocks so i can put the first half of the top together.

i don't know yet what i'll do with it when it's done.

here's a peak. i haven't added the corners yet to any but the PinWheel Star, so you'll have to picture that in your imagination. but the PWS shows how the x-box frames the BsOM. oddly, the corners on the PWS are from the same fabric as the x-box. because one was scanned and the other photographed, they look a lot different.

all i need are 8 more blocks. at the rate we're going, that's only 3 or 4 months. :P

P.S. NORAH!!! silly girl. that block looks great. if you don't like it, i have a project it would great in. ;-)
