Well, here is my block. I'm not real happy with it, so might try to put the other one together too.

you have revealed a completely new look for that block. i would never have seen that. you can be displeased if you insist that it's so different to the rest, but i think it shows an amazing and unique vision. do you mind if i add that photo to my variations file? (giving you full credit, of course.)

Thanks to all for the compliments. And yes Patrice, you can add it to your file. I was itching to use the new Kaufman fabric that I had just gotten. I'm still going to try the other block as soon as I get some more time.

Quite different.... and the same pieces too... pleased to have seen it... I like it ! May copy that if you don't mind.... I suppose if we all had a fiddle with the materials when the pieces have been cut out we would come up with lots of different patterns..... great job !!!

I think Tricia's block looks like two entwined rectangles. one is left top to bottom right with top Right to bottom left looped in it.

Oh, maannn. I might have to make a whole quilt with just the variations of this block. There seems to be enough of them, and I already have a good start with 2 of them made already. This is too fun to play with. I thought I finally understood the block when I say Patrice's, and then here is Tricia's. I gotta make another one, at least.

it's a plot to keep you busy, off the streets and out of trouble. we're tired of bailing you out of jail in the middle of the night.
