it's the rum balls, dear. you're only supposed to eat one or two at a time. not so many the room starts to spin.
Rule 1 - Never, I repeat, Never make rum balls before breakfast on an empty stomach! Uh-huh! Been there, done that! Got pretty happy before breakfast was ready! (Marcella was helping!)

I have a bunch of Asian themed fabric, but it is brocade fabric. Can I use that when quilting?

It would be very pretty, just be careful. It may ravel easily. I think brocades and satins and velvets are used a lot in crazy quilts. Good luck!

ok. it just sunk in  . HENRYparrish76. guy in the avatar. have we, perhaps, another fox in the henhouse?

    kewl!!!

guess i'd better start saying "ladies and gentlmen" instead of being such a female chauvinist. then again ... they still say "mankind" - not manwomankind .... or personkind.

so if i forget, will you and the other guys please forgive me? :?

You know it Patrice! The guys are amongst us! I kind of like it. They bring a whole new skew to the puzzle. We're bound to learn things from the gentlemen. And if they pick up stuff from us, well then they simply owe us! LOL! That's how it works in my dream world!

that's no dream. of course they'll learn from us. and we from them. because we are all quilters ... with or without elevated levels of estrogen or testosterone.
