VERY pretty Ruth! I love this pattern! Your fabrics kick it up a notch! Great workmanship! I'm impressed. Those curved seams aren't for the squeamish! LOL! :D :D

    Amen!

I'm wondering if we made them bigger if they wouldn't be a whole lot easier to do. Like one block about 36" square!

Ruth, I love your Drunkard's Path. The fabric you're using is gorgeous! Great job!

last year I was not ready, needed more practice, it's a lot easier now, i don't get confused with more than 3 pieces now. i hope in another year my work will be flat and square. thanks for the kind words

OK, here it is, the 'Drunkard's Path' ala Steve. I hand stitched the blocks and assembled them on machine. Funny thing is the machine bit was the only difficult part. Oh yeah, I couldn't help myself with the orange, and I hope you all don't mind the liberty I took with the positioning; there's really a lot you can do with this block!

Thanks all, I'm thinking of framing in a dark red to tie in the red in the paisly. I've really no clue as to how to quilt it though.
