It's the perfect opportunity to finish yours, we can all motivate each other and help when things get tough. There are many blocks I wouldn't dream of attempting on my own, but with this group of ladies.... anything is possible! :-)

How many have you done and can you post photos?

Sign up for the class on January 29th...we can sew until the cows come home together!!
That BR2 Triangle drove me bonkers. I actually sat in front of the computer with the Tute in front of me for 15 minutes trying to figure out the top on this block, the thing was I was trying to put them on upside down, got it in the end though YEA.

Does anyone know how long Jane Stickle took to make her quilt?

Hey Cher...thanks for your hint...I think I figured it out! Now, if I can just add some fabrics into the library, I'll be good to go!
I had a tough time with scanning fabrics. I quess my printer is too old for my computer and I have to use paint and then saving them is a trick too. That is why I gave up on fabric placement. I think I am just going to use colors I like for the blocks we are working on and put it together that way. I think it will look fine.

Cher, I'm using the paint can, or whatever the tool is and using fabric that is similar to what I chose. Not spot on, but enough for me to know if I'm placing blocks that are too similar together. I can then refer to the actual block.

I think I am going to get one of the divider accordian folders, A-Z and store my blocks in there. I'll relabel N-O as the Triangles. I'll store it on its' side so the blocks lay flat. Then I can easily find whichever block I'm looking for. they make them in plastic, so I won't have to worry about the cardboard doing anything to the fabric over the long time they will sit in there.

Anybody else have any organizational thoughts for their blocks that are waiting?

I was trying to think of something, it is a lot of blocks to keep organized, I have my binder set with alphabet dividers so that is making that part easy, but now especially with up to three sets of the blocks, what do I do with them all, right now they are just sandwiched in the book at their spot, it is fine right now as I only have a few done, the binder isn't big enough for all of them,
