    WOW! Everyone's blocks are amazing.

I hope to get my blocks done on Saturday. I'm still working on my blue, white and gold blocks. sigh. Christmas got in my way. :-)

It is going to save so much time and fabric for me.
Your blocks look great. I love your name.

There sure are a lot of fabulous blocks showing up here. What an impressive pile of quilts there will be next spring!
At this rate, we will soon need a new thread for the next four blocks. (or do we keep going here)

No they are not hand pieced. I may end up having to do that on some. I made a Giant Dahlia top all hand pieced. That is the first and last unless for some reason I have a ton of time that I cannot get to a machine again. Name?? I must have missed something. I have called out a few names already but nothing I can repeat here.

You won't be the only one with an unprintable name for their quilt I'm sure! LMAO

Quite a few people have named theirs already, it's not compulsory. :-)

I think I'll be doing a couple of blocks by hand too, but they'll be as few as possible, I can't imagine doing all of them! I think of that often while using my machine, how many Jane must have done by hand.

Hey K, no, you didn't miss anything. I was just musing that it would be nice to associate people's blocks with their names...sorta like a way to remember what their design is, etc. So, if ya got something, let's hear it...if not...or it's unspeakable, that's good too!

OK, retro, what is your secret. I am going to try to do my first paper piecing tutorial tomorrow, or Thursday. My fabric is not here...but these will be practice! Any favorite tutorial that was the most help to you as a beginner in PP? Get me off on the right foot.

Hi, they probably will be similar cos I have got so many of them from an earlier quilt (When we had more cash). I thought I would try to keep it to ochre colours - we visited an ochre mine in Wales some time ago and it was really fascinating. Can't wait for next set now.
