I'm so glad I looked at one more page before going to school. Pretty blocks all.

Very pretty! It's not about whether we keep up, fall behind or finish the thing before everyone else. We are to enjoy what we're doing. Thank goodness, because I have completed 4 blocks! :D

Quilting Nonnie, Darcene and rwquilts- thanks for your encouragement! I needed it. I agree that is about enjoying the project but I thought that nobody was watching these past blocks.
I am fairly new to the board and love the encouragment and positive feedback we all receive; what I don't retain - and feel bad about it- is how the others are doing, I guess I would like to make friends that I can encourage and vice versa and cannot focus due to the amount of people and beautiful blocks and quilts we are exposed to here. I love how much I have learned and saw in this board.

It's a three day weekend. I'm foolishly hoping to catch up

In reality, last weekend I managed to make 2 blocks, including the time to draw paper piecing patterns for them.

Last night I got through all the pp patterns to #10. Maybe this weekend I can get 3 done. Fingers crossed!

My plan is to maybe do more blocks...I just finished #41 today, so I may just be lazy this weekend! I wait to post them til they're do, and soon I'll be so glad I got a jump start as I will be up to my eyeballs in Christmas gift making

Don't be fooled that no one comes back to these 'old' posts. I check back often as time permits. I don't want to miss a single pretty block.
