Each block we are doing will be different, so when we are finished we will have 12 different stars in a quilt. I'm not sure what you mean when you ask how it's going to fit in with the January block.

I was wondering the same thing. I did the first one with a black background and purple. I'm not sure how I'm going to stay with the black background. Can't wait to try it.

You can use your own colors to match your Jan. block....that's what I plan to do.

I was able to use the same dark blue in each block and hopefully carry it through all the blocks. I'm shopping from my stash, so I guess the quilt will be blues, pinks and some green. I finished half of it yesterday. I am really enjoying both BOM. Thanks to everyone that is putting this all together for all of us

Give it a try. It really isn't all that hard. At least print out the template and try one block, just to see how it goes at least.

I have mine 3/4 of the way finished. It is going to be really nice. I am doing the pp method, which I personally love. I am leaving 1/2" on the outside borders instead of the 1/4" just in case it doesn't measure up to the 12-1/2" square. My 1inch test square looked a hair small, even though all of the paperpieced patterns have been correct. Should be finished today and will post the picture.
This is a really beautiful patterns, thanks to Jerrie.
